Francisca Sazie
Junto a José Luís Vidal, creó las obras Aurelia Aurelio, Anima Mía y Temporarias. Con la primera de esas obras recibieron el premio Pedro de la Barra al Mejor Montaje y Mejor Interprete en el Tercer Festival de Nuevas Tendencias Teatrales de la Universidad de
Chile.
Obtiene en 1998 el primer lugar en la categoría de Coreógrafos Jóvenes del Primer Concurso Coreográfico de Danza Contemporánea organizado por el Sindicato Chileno de la Danza.
Nominada en Chile como Mejor Coreógrafa para el certamen Altazor 2000 y 2002, como Mejor Bailarina en la versión 2001 del mismo concurso y premiada cuatro veces con el Fondo de Desarrollo de las Artes de la División de Cultura del Mineduc creando la
obra Tercera Persona (Intruso), y Anatomía de la Felicidad y gira nacional de esta misma y próxima a estrenar “Asado” ; También se ha destacado en el extranjero participando con sus obras en lugares como “Mónaco Dances Danses Forum” (Europa, 2000), “Harare
International Festival of the Arts” en Zimbabwe (África 2001), “Fringe Festival” Bangkok-Tailandia 2005, entre otros.
En el 2004 obtuvo la beca UNESCO Aschberg Bursaries para una residencia en Bangkok-Tailandia, creando las obras Patja Pablo (tributo a Pablo Neruda), No estamos solos (tributo Gabriela Mistral) con la colaboración de la Embajada de Chile en Tailandia y
Universidad Sinakariwirot (2005). También crea la obra Duo junto a Olivier Winkler (Francés) y es presentada en Bangkok-Tailandia, Shanghai-China (2005).
Together with Jose Vidal she created the pieces Aurelia Aurelio, Anima Mía and Temporarias. With the first one she won the prize Pedro de la Barra for best direction and best performer at the Festival de Nuevas Tendencias Teatrales of the Universidad de Chile.
In 19998 she gets the first prize in the category of young choreographers of the Primer Concurso Coreográfico de Danza Contemporánea organized by the Sindicato Chileno de Danza.
In Chile she was nominated best choreographer for Altazor 2000 and 2002, and in 2001 for best dancer in the same competition. She has been awarded three times with the Fondo de Desarrollo de las Artes de la División de Cultura del Mineduc, with which she created Tercera Persona (Intruso) and Anatomía de la Felicidad, a national tour of the same, and the soon to premiere Asado.
